Presentations and room facilities
Each presenter will have 15 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A.
Pre-organized panels may have more time for presentation and/or the debate.
Each room will have general equipment (computer, screen, wifi connection)- in order to avoid possible problems with Internet we suggest to upload your presentation on a USB device.
The registration desk at the Faculty of Engineering will be open on the 16th- 17th and 18th from 9am.

1. Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza- Università di Roma (via Eudossiana 18, 00184, Rome)
The faculty of Engineering will host most of the day activities during the three days of presentations (the three rooms Chiostro, Affreschi and Aula 15 are located here)
HOW TO GET HERE:
Metro: Coliseum (B line)- 2 minutes walking, take the exit S. Pietro in Vincoli
From Termini you can:
- take the bus 75 (stop: Cavour/MB)
- take the metro (B line, stop: Coliseum)
- walk (10 minutes, take via Cavour and after crossing the metro stop Cavour, take the stairs on your left (follow the indications to S. Pietro in Vincoli)
From Tiburtina and/or Ostiense take the metro (B line, stop: Coliseum)

Metro: S. Paolo Basilica (B line)- 4 minutes walking: take the exit via Ostiense, then turn to your left and walk for 400 meters
